AI & Quantum Technology

The government of Québec has just launched a call for innovation projects in artificial intelligence and quantum technologies (collaborative industrial research and support for entrepreneurship). The information is available here(French only).

Important note: final submission date is April 15, 2025.

The Resource Allocation Competition (RAC)

RAC enables faculty members and their research groups to access compute, storage and cloud resources beyond what can be obtained via the Rapid Access Service (RAS).

EOIs Now Open: Nanofabrication Accelerator Program to Boost R&D in B.C.

Expressions of interest are now open for the second round of UBC Blusson QMI’s Nanofabrication Accelerator Program in partnership with the National Research Council of Canada Industrial Research Assistance Program (NRC-IRAP), Innovation UBC, and the Creative Destruction Lab-Vancouver. Up to $18,000 of funding is available per project, each of which will be limited to a maximum duration of 6 months. more
