CMC is seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving growth of our fabrication and design services. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and contributing to the company’s long-term success.
Key Responsibilities of the Role include:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for fabrication and design services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to understand and communicate the value of our services to clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and pipeline and revenue projections.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Degree in engineering, or comprehensive knowledge of advanced technologies including microelectronics, photonics, and MEMS
- Proven track record of success in business development and sales, preferably within the high-tech industry.
- Strong understanding of microelectronic fabrication and design processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Willingness to travel globally as needed.
