Impact Analyst and Registrar

The Impact Analyst and Registrar is responsible for the analysis of client information, marketing research data, and performance outcomes. It plays an important role gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to support and develop marketing strategies and report to funders. This position also provides front-line support by enabling clients to access services and responding to their questions. The position reports to the Manager, Outreach and has a salary range of $70K to $80K. 

Requirements for the role include: 

  • Assisting with the annual collection of client outcome information; analyzing and reporting results   
  • Assisting in the implementation of performance measurement frameworks that demonstrate the impact of the organization’s program delivery  
  • Monitoring and reporting on the performance of promotional activities including social media initiatives using tools such as Google Analytics, define metrics to gauge success and identify areas for improvement  
  • Designing questionnaires to assess client satisfaction, client demand, and other relevant topics  
  • Analyzing CMC product usage and provide recommendations to increase uptake   
  • Helping maintain the client database for use in target market activities  
  • Enhancing marketing research activities by recommending new techniques to trial and adopt   
  • Planning and performing various marketing research activities as required, e.g., focus groups, interviews, engagement of third-party providers to conduct program assessments  
  • Preparing and present reports as appropriate  
  • Acting as Registrar, providing frontline assistance to clients regarding their membership and on-line account profile. Assisting clients with inquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner.  

Educational and Technical Requirements  

  • University degree preferably in business and 1-3 years relevant work experience  
  • Bilingual (English/French) required  
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, proficient in other Microsoft packages such as Word, Teams and Outlook applications  
  • Experience working with SPSS, Google Analytics, or other analytical tools an asset  
  • Detailed-oriented, organized, and analytical   
  • Strong communication skills and an ability to work in a team-based environment  
  • Interactions with clients and other stakeholders required  
  • Willingness to upgrade knowledge through formal training and self-learning  
  • Occasional travel may be required.
