Tektronix’s TriMode Probes can perform differential, single-ended and common mode measurements with a single probe. The P7504 operates over 4 GHz bandwidth and uses a TekConnect interface which is specific to Tektronix DPO/DSA/MSO70000 and TDS6000B/C oscilloscopes. CMC rents 2 Tektronix DPO73304SX 33 GHz Real-Time Oscilloscopes. The P7504 TriMode Probe can be bundled with this oscilloscope if additional probes to the recommended P7633 33 GHz TriMode Probe are required for your testing. Included in the P7504 Probe Kit is a TriMode Accessory Kit with solder tips, solder, wire, adhesive strips, and marker bands.
