PiezoMUMPs is a piezoelectric-based MEMS process for ME, ECE and biomedical researchers to develop sensors, energy harvesters, ultrasonic transducers, microphones, and self-contained microsystems for automotive, aerospace, healthcare and entertainment electronics markets.
